One of our own Motion Picture Co photographers, PJ, recently had the pleasure of spending an afternoon with Alton Brown from the Food Network. We were asked to photograph the event by the TN Aquarium to promote their ‘Serve and Protect’ Sustainable Seafood Event coming next month. Participants will then be treated to an elegant and informative dinner in the Aquarium’s exhibit galleries. During the meal Aquarium experts, local food purveyors and some of Chattanooga’s most talented chefs will shed light on the ways small seafood choices can make a big difference for future generations. The evening will culminate with a dessert reception and a book signing opportunity with Alton.
The Aquarium is proud to host the evening along with Alton and chefs from the following downtown fine dining establishments:
- Scott Eiselstein, BlueWater
- Daniel Lindley, St John’s
- Sally Moses, 212 Market
- Erik Neal, Easy Bistro
- John Palacio, Porters
- Matt Pinner, Broad Street Grille
- Josh Wool, Hennen’s
- Eric Taslimi, Table 2
Unfortunately the tickets are completely sold out, but you can read more about the Sustainable Seafood movement on their website.
