I have known since a very young age that I wanted to spend my life helping people; and since, have been searching for just the right creative outlet with which to do so. In 2007 I graduated with a BS in Business Marketing, and immediately began to steer clear of cubicles in the business realm.
During my year abroad as an Art Teacher in Thailand, I realized the beauties and simplicities of everyday life were so easily overlooked; so, I began to photograph. I photograph because I want to remember people how they were, and life as it was, the moment my shutter releases.
When shooting your wedding, my desire is to tell your story in the details, from place settings to your personalities, so that you can remember everything as it was. Inspired by old dusty photographs that captured the childhood of my parents, my photographic style favors that of the 1950’s and 60’s, infused with own photojournalistic, artistic approach.
