Over the course of the past two years, I’ve been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to meet, and work alongside many wonderful couples, and individuals!
Through my experiences, I’ve learned many things. I’ve learned that I have a tremendous appreciation for beautiful light. Light, that is always there, but may be overlooked in everyday life. Also, I’ve learned that I love to communicate emotion through my work. Especially with regards to weddings, the ability to replicate the emotions felt by everyone involved on that special day is very important to me. Finally, I’ve realized that photography should be fun, both for the photographer, as well as the subject!
Each of these have helped shape the way I use my camera. Sometimes I shoot from afar, to avoid interfering with a moment that may be taking place, and other times, I get right up in the action! I absolutely love getting to know new people and working along side them to document their lives, creating memories that they will cherish forever. This is why I do what I do, and look forward to every opportunity it will bring my way.
